• You may return your mini figures within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
• Mini figures must be returned in their original packaging and in unopened, undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at TNTBrix@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number.
• Once you have received a return authorization number, please securely package your mini figures and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned mini figures.
• Please note that refunds will not include the original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the return is initiated after the 30-day return period.
